Q: How do I enroll in the rewards program?
All you need to do is create an account with us here. If you have an existing account on our website, you are automatically enrolled in the program.
Q: How to view my rewards?
Login to your kin+kind account and click on the pink "Rewards" button on the bottom right of the screen. If you are on mobile, the pink button is an icon of a wrapped present.
Q: How do I earn rewards?
Click on the "Rewards" button to find out all the ways you can earn puppy points and how to redeem them for cash vouchers!
Q: I didn't receive my points after placing an order.
Make sure you've already created an account and are logged in before placing an order because you won't receive your points otherwise.
Q: I've placed an order but forgot to use my reward.
Unfortunately, rewards can only be used prior to placing an order. Good news, your rewards don't expire so you can always use it on your next order!
Q: My coupon was not applied.
Note that our coupons cannot be used together with any other promotions.
Q: I can't apply the coupon to my subscription.
Reward coupons cannot be directly used on subscriptions. If you would like to use your coupon on a recurring order, send an email to email@example.com with your coupon code in advance and let us know which order you would like to apply the coupon on.
